1. In terms of presentation skills (using your voice, body language, visuals etc.), what did you learn through the three presentation projects and lessons in AEP?
- I learned that , in order to make a good presentation and to be a good presenter,
one should not only have knowledge but a good way of expression. i also learned that too
body movement can also be a source of distraction.
2. What do you want to continue to improve?
- I want to improve my body language and how to remember to emphasize important words.
3. (Optional) Any other comments or reflections?
it was a really stimulating class! thanks Mark and Sylvan!

self-analysis of the first presentation.
1.Voice
reflection: i should have spoken more clearly. i can notice that i was really nervous!
goals: speak more clearlly and relax more, so that i can make my pace.
2. body language
reflection: i did not make much eye contacts. my body is getting tense too.
goals: i should relax more and make more eye contacts.
3.Visuals
reflection: i should have put more attractive live performances images.
maybe i put too much information on the slide.
goals: make more attractive slides.
4.preparation process
reflection: i didn't practiced a lot , therefore i was really nervous.
again, i should have made more attractive slides.
goals: practice more! so that i can be more relaxed and confident.
5. i noticed that when one gets nervous, the mouth gets dry
and it makes more difficult to pronounce words!

TED: Nina Jablonski breaks the illusion of skin color
http://www.ted.com/talks/lang/eng/nina_jablonski_breaks_the_illusion_of_skin_color.html
a) I liked the topic and her way of talking which attracts people attention.
it was good because she spoke very carefully and in low speed.
b) good point: she uses words that attracts people attention.
emphasizes important words.
bad point: speaks really fast when she explains about difficult things.
c) weakness: it would be better if she had spoke slowly when she explained about UV radiation.
too emotional.

homework for the AEP class
good presentations: - clear
- interesting
- understandable
- attract people's attention
- easy to follow
bad presentations: - boring
- not interesting
- unclear
- too long
- difficult to listen
the worst presentation that i have watched was the presentation that i saw in my highschool.
presenters were only repeating the content that were in the paper. i think they should have
understood the contend beforehand in order to explain the content to the audience.
